I currently accept Aetna and expect to be in-network soon with CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. Self-pay evaluations are offered at a flat rate of $1,000. For out-of-network insurance plans, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
